Dustin Lanier is an experienced professional with 25 years of leadership in large-scale organizational change in public sector initiatives of national significance.

Through executive leadership roles in technology strategy and procurement strategy for the state of Texas, Lanier gained strong experience in developing clear strategies and executing those strategies from concept to contracts.

At Civic Initiatives, Lanier has established and led projects in 35+ states and established an unmatched team of full-time national public procurement professionals in a consulting program that services public procurement organizations.
